Gary has guided all over Scotland, on coaches, in cars and on foot! Many of our customers often say they wish they could take him home with them, but we would prefer he stays put in Edinburgh! Tours with Gary are fun, informative and always engaging.

David moved to Edinburgh from “down south” to continue his career in scientific research, long before his grown up kids were even born! These days David enjoys guiding in Edinburgh’s lesser known districts, and up the city’s biggest hills….on foot and on bike!

Gains finished his PhD on Scottish history in 2016 and then quickly started leading historical tours in Edinburgh. He takes great joy in sharing his deep and detailed knowledge of Edinburgh and Scotland with enthusiastic tour groups. Be sure to get some local beer recommendations off him too!
